What if exercise wasn’t simply about getting stronger—but about making everyday life easier?

Our five-month Move Well for Life series explores the physical skills that help us stay active, independent, and engaged in the activities we love. Each month focuses on a different foundation of healthy movement: balance, mobility, strength, neuromuscular function, and integration.

The movement portions of this series were thoughtfully recorded in 2024, and Terry, Tammy or Joyce will be live before, during, and after every class to offer guidance, connection, and time for questions.

Every practice includes options allowing you to safely practice at your own level.

Whether you’re returning to exercise, looking to improve your balance and confidence, or simply wanting to move with greater ease, Gentle Strength is designed to meet you where you are. You can join the series at any time—we’d love to have you discover what it means to Move Well for Life.

Move Well for Life – October

Focus: Neuromuscular Strength

Classes will focus on mindfulness and how the mind and body are connected to create awareness as we strengthen muscles. Moving with intention is essential as we age. It not only helps us grow stronger, but it helps us remain injury free as we challenge ourselves.

Throughout October, we’ll focus on building strength safely and progressively, meeting you exactly where you are while creating a foundation for lifelong health.
