The mission of Gentle Yogis is to serve others and help them enhance their quality of life by regularly accessing moments of peace.
More specifically, we are here to:
Empower individuals of any ability to experience the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual benefits of a regular yoga practice, with an emphasis on the yoga of breathing.
Support individuals who would like to improve their mobility and stability by offering instruction in the MELT Method® also known as Hands-Off Bodywork®.
Offer live online interaction to support regular practice, individual growth, and meaningful mindful community.
Train and support certified yoga teachers in the art of leading Dynamic Gentle Yoga™.
Always expanding and peaceful. Always a wonderful way to begin the day with yoga.
